Nicky Waight represents Durrington and Salvington division on West Sussex County Council

Nicky Waight began her working career in the financial services sector initially in Brighton and then Guildford. About 10 years ago she made a career change and began working as a project manager in the charity/voluntary sector. She has since then worked on various projects, all helping older and disabled people improve their quality of life. Nicky lives in Worthing and has two sons, Matthew and Luke.
